How Pradyuman Sticks to fitness
I am in the food business and run restaurants. I am surrounded by refined carbs and desserts the whole day. This meant that I ballooned up to a much higher weight than I wished I was. I was consuming everything junk and due to the unpredictable nature of my business, never knew what time would be my next meal. I met multiple nutrition coaches and fitness coaches but the directions they would give me would just not be sustainable. When I finally found a diet that suits me, I would get cravings all the time.
